The whole point of it is to calm the mind from the internal chatter that’s causing all kinds of problems like anxiety, fear and and general dis-empowerment.

I am delighted to share techniques that are simple and do not require hours sitting in an uncomfortable position. As you practice mindfulness you may naturally be drawn to stay longer in silence and meditation as with time it does become an experience taht you would like diving deeper into.
